Available to rent every day, 7am to 8pm, except for Wednesday and Thursday 1-8pm when I use the space for my practice.

Beautiful 525 square foot fully-furnished space a for wellness practitioner to rent for private practice

and/or for group events of up to fifteen people.

 

The space is in the former double parlor of an 1820's home. The West Parlor (furthest from Main Street) is ideal for Reiki, massage, acupuncture, or hypnotherapy; the East Parlor is set up for consultation. Each side of the parlor has an historic fireplace (inoperable), a dimmable ceiling chandelier, and lots of natural light. Renters have use of both rooms, the hallway half-bathroom, and a small kitchenette alcove (in the East Parlor) with sink, hot water pot, and mini fridge.

The West Parlor is equipped with a massage table with a head rest, head pillows, a weighted blanket, blue tooth music speaker and casette/CD player, swivel rolling stool, and a white noise machine.

​

Together, the rooms can be used for small group classes or workshops.

 

There are two dedicated parking spaces off street behind the property and more parking one block away in municipal lots.

Rent includes trash removal, snow removal, all utilities, and wifi.

Heating/air conditioning is via heat pump, and there is hot water baseboard heating with individually zoned thermostat.

Included with your rent is the option to use my online scheduling software, which you can access from your computer or phone to manage and schedule your appointments.

You also have the option (for a one-time fee of $100 per page) of sharing my Soulful Wellness website for your marketing.

You have the option of selling retail from this space.
