Hi. I'm Peggy Schick. I began my Soulful Wellness practice in 2017, offering astrology readings, teaching classes, and giving presentations. Shortly thereafter, I expanded to include Reiki and regression therapy. These modalities, used individually or as integrative therapy, greatly benefit clients seeking self-knowledge, emotional or physical healing, and a deeper understanding of their life path.

Clients often note my intuition and compassion, which integrate well with my work along with my belief in the energetic interconnectedness of all things. This work is incredibly rewarding, and I feel privileged and honored to be able to guide clients on their wellness journeys.
In addition to my formal education and certifications (click Bio), I'm also self-taught in areas that enhance my work. Books on topics such as psychic intuition, spirituality in different cultures, understanding dreams, and depth psychology have dominated my shelves for decades. I'm currently pursuing a PhD in depth psychology with specialization in integrative therapy and healing practices at Pacifica Graduate Institute, aiming to complete my dissertation by 2028. My research examines how astrology and regression therapy can be used together to explore Chiron’s evolving role in the emergence of a new age of higher consciousness.

Before transitioning to healing work, I spent nearly 25 years in non-profit advancement. I made this change after heeding my body's insistence for a more soulful path. I am forever grateful that life challenges introduced me to astrology, regression therapy, and Reiki.
My Space
My office is located at 298 Maine Street in Brunswick, at the back of a charming old house, in the atrium and loft behind Dr. Anita Knopp's chiropractic practice. There is reserved parking just for you! Pull up to the Reserved Parking sign on the side of the barn.
