Ongoing Support & Consultation
Some clients choose to work with me on an ongoing basis through weekly, biweekly, or monthly appointments. Our work together may include astrological consultation, Reiki healing, and/or regression therapy, individualized to your needs and interests.
Ongoing sessions can be in-person or by Zoom.
Fees for these sessions are the same as for individual bookings.
Sessions are centered around a personal challenge and goal you or we identify, and can provide:
● A consistent space for reflection and self-inquiry
● Support during times of transition, loss, or uncertainty
● Exploration of recurring life patterns and themes
● Guidance in integrating spiritual insights into everyday life
● A longer-term relationship devoted to your personal and spiritual growth
If you are interested in ongoing astrology consultation, we'll begin each session by exploring what resonated most since our last meeting and any questions that have emerged. This work is most meaningful when you engage intentionally between sessions with the material we discuss.
My work is grounded in Jungian, archetypal, depth-oriented, and soul-centered approaches that value meaning-making through symbolic understanding, dream and image work, astrological wisdom, and the insights that can emerge through soma. My psychic intuition serves as a gentle and trustworthy guide throughout these sessions. This work aims to bring forward your unconscious patterns and behaviors into your conscious awareness.
I have been a professional astrologer, regression therapist, and Reiki practitioner for nearly a decade. I'm a Ph.D. Candidate in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices, with coursework completed in 2025 and dissertation research expected to be completed in 2028. Earlier in my professional journey, I was enrolled in a master’s degree program in counseling with the intention of becoming a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I value this form of counseling and have personally benefited from it. However, I realized that my calling was leading me toward a different orientation—one centered on the evolution of the soul. The path I ultimately chose reflects that commitment.
Because I am not a licensed mental health professional, I do not bill insurance companies. If your financial circumstances make my services unaffordable, please know I offer a limited number of discounted appointments. Please email and ask me about this.
